Work-Related Stress Programme

 
 

Is work getting you down? Stress is the root of (nearly) all evil. Study after study shows that prolonged exposure to severe stress will ultimately have a negative impact on your health and can affect your moods, blood pressure, digestive and immune systems and even your fertility. It can affect your family life, your work and your finances! Maybe you feel depressed about your lot in life? Some people grow to accept depression as part of life; it can often become a taboo subject that has to be kept quiet.

Negative behaviours are reflected in our body as aches and pains, fatigue and minor illness. When you don’t notice these signals they get stronger until there is a serious or fatal result. When feelings are suppressed they stay in your body where they were originally felt. That area is no longer able to vibrate with energy. I’ve worked with many people who worked flat out, often taking work home, until the pressure builds up so much that it manifests in the body as back or neck pain, continual colds or flu like symptoms which meant taking time off. Extreme cases have led to; Panic Attacks, Fibromyalgia and Chronic Fatigue Syndrome. Is this your pattern?

Your symptoms give clues along the way to help you find causes of imbalance but if they go on unchecked they can cost you your job, your family life and your finances.
